There are 3 banks of questions which you will need to answer. Get the answers right and you’ll be able to move onto the next section. Once you’ve finished you’ll be able to download a personalized and endorsed certificate to keep with your records.
What you will need
Give yourself 45 minutes to complete the course. You’ll need internet access and somewhere where you can listen freely without interruption. You may need a set of headphones.
We donate a proportion of your course fee to a relevant partner charity because we think it’s right that we all support those who have been adversely affected in the course of their work. BackCare aims to significantly reduce the burden of back pain by providing information and advice to all people and organisations affected by back pain. They fund scientific research into the causes, prevention and management of back pain. Back pain is a major health issue and has a significant impact on more than 80% of the UK population.
